Turns out that since news has broken of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ meetings with Russian Ambassador Sergey I. Kislyak, the White House is now offering that President Vladimir TrumPutin’s son-in-law and now senior adviser, Jared Kushner, was part of a Trump Tower meeting in New York City with then-incoming, now-former national security adviser Michael Flynn and Kislyak in December.

According to the New York Times, while the focus of the meetings remains unclear, what’s beginning to emerge is that TrumPutin’s most trusted advisers sought to establish a relationship with Russian officials before he was even in office.

This meeting also happened around the time that the Obama White House was throwing the sanction smackdown on Russia for hacking Democratic National Committee emails and interfering with the election.

After the Trump Tower meeting, which White House officials knew about, Flynn also had two phone calls with Kislyak of which White House officials were unaware. Those phone calls ultimately led to Flynn’s resignation.
