Steve Harvey’s ex-wife Mary Shackelford is planning to sue him for $60 million and says he ruined her life.

Shackelford’s lawsuit includes allegations of child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract and even “soul murder.”

“Soul murder is achieved by a combination of torture, deprivation and brainwashing,” the lawsuit states.

Harvey divorced Shackelford in 2005 and gained custody of their son, whom Shackelford alleges Harvey doesn’t let her see. Shackelford also alleges that Harvey cheated on her with his current wife, Marjorie Harvey.

Shackelford said that since getting divorced, she’s been suicidal at times and self-medicating. A woman who described herself as Shackelford’s “civil rights activist” (as opposed to lawyer) told TMZ that they plan to file the lawsuit very soon.
