This is due in large part to a recent interview on the โ€œGeddy Radio Showโ€ by music exec and rapper Wack 100 who recently shared his feelings about Shakur and alleged that King of Pop โ€œwhooped his assโ€ back in the day. The reason? Some alleged disrespectful comments the โ€œKeep Ya Head Upโ€ rapper made about legendary producerโ€”and Jacksonโ€™s close collaboratorโ€”Quincy Jonesโ€™ daughter Kidada while in the Jacksonโ€™s presence. For context, Kidada and Shakur famously dated in 1996 but were only together for four months before the rapper was shot and killed.

โ€œThe man spoke on it, he witnessed it,โ€ Wack said. โ€œGoogle it, itโ€™s a whole interview. He said that that nigga [Shakur] was disrespecting Quincy Jonesโ€™ daughter. Mike said, โ€˜I watched that girl grow upโ€™ and flighted him. Whooped him. You think Iโ€™m capping?โ€โ€

Additional details about the alleged altercation as put forth by WiLD 94.1 over the weekend also describe the situation going down after Jackson allegedly confronted Shakur about his language towards Kidada. In return, Shakur popped off verbally at Jackson and the โ€œThrillerโ€ singer wound up inciting a fist fightโ€”and ultimately prevailing.

โ€œMichael got the best of Pac,โ€ the WiLD 94.1 radio host said. โ€œThey say itโ€™s because, I mean โ€˜a,โ€™ Michaelโ€™s from Gary [Indiana]. Which Gary has been known to raise some folks who could throw hands. But also he was raised in a family with a lot of abuse.โ€ He was raised around a bunch of big boys.

The host continued by saying itโ€™s because of the abuse Jackson suffered, that he learned how to put up a good fight and ultimately won out against the rapper: โ€œHe was the youngest brother so he had to learn how to fight with his brothers but also had to learn how to take a punch โ€˜cause he was Joe Jacksonโ€™s baby. So, you know...apparently he won the fight.โ€

We donโ€™t know who needs to hear this but if whoever has footage of this alleged altercationโ€”release it. EXPEDITIOUSLY. You know, for science and research purposes.
