Sykes was met with boos from the crowd, but she wasn’t booed off the stage, a fact she clarified in a Facebook post.

As Sykes noted, not only did she flip the crowd off several times, but at the end of her set, her wife came onstage and gave her a kiss.

“To my surprise, the audience cheered and applauded. It was a great moment and it gave me a little hope for our future,” Sykes wrote.

I don’t think Sykes is ever going to be the type to run off a stage because some people who don’t want to hear the truth get in a few boos.
