Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) is not here for Donald Trump, his racist comments, his sexist comments, all his comments or his inauguration. She doesn’t want any part of this president, and she couldn’t hide her disgust during a recent appearance on MSNBC Live With Tamron Hall. Waters, the representative for California’s 43rd Congressional District, didn’t mince her words, noting: “I don’t honor him. I don’t respect him.”

This wasn’t just for Waters; this was for the culture. Watch below—and it’s OK; I teared up with pride, too.

Rep.Waters should be takingmeetings with Trump to get programs and money for her community that put her in office. Unless the constituients she represents all have jobs above minimum wage, no crime in the community, and health care, she needs to focus on that.

why is it that Trump insulted Muslims, Hispanics, Asians, and disabled people but we are the only ones that are put as the face of Anti-Trumpism.

These other groups that he insulted are taking meetings, and progressing their agendas to support their communities.
