"You can sleep tonight knowing the Klan is awake!" one flier read, according to police. The flier from the Traditionalist American Knights included a candy cane.

Police are calling the appearance of the fliers a "suspicious circumstance," after they were discovered in at least five driveways, Deputy Police Chief Steve Vaccaro told the Tribune. While police are on alert, they do not believe that a crime has been committed.

According to the Tribune, police have never heard of the organization listed on the fliers and donโ€™t know if itโ€™s real or itโ€™s somebody "goofing off."

"Weโ€™ve had absolutely no other incidents other than this of a racial or hate-crime nature," Vaccaro told the Tribune.

In October, another hate group claiming ties to the Ku Klux Klan was listed in fliers that were found in a predominately African-American neighborhood, the Tribune reports.
