Rap legend Tupac Shakur would have turned 39 years old today. How befitting that the man who would help shape hip-hop music and culture was born during black music month. Fourteen years ago Tupac Shakur was assassinated (yeah, Chris Rock, we said it and we mean it). We're still going through changes over it.
