#ForTheCulture: How a Black Woman Led Miami Dolphins Coach to Resign After Release of Video Showing Him Sniffing White Powder

And then there are some of us who are willing to do the Lordโ€™s work.

The shady part of all of American history is that behind every movement for justice is an unnamed black woman, and make no mistake about it: The Movement for Black Lives protest within the NFL just took its first casualty thanks to a black woman.

I donโ€™t know who this woman isโ€”in fact, Iโ€™m not even sure that this is a real, live account with a real, live name behind itโ€”but this is what happened, and I warn you that itโ€™s messy and, as such, important.

On Sunday, around the time that black men and woman who shouldnโ€™t be watching the NFL were settling in to watch football games that they should be protesting, a woman named โ€œKijuana Nigeโ€ began tweeting photos for the culture.

Yep, those photos not only showed Miami Dolphins offensive-line coach Chris Foerster snorting what appears to be the devilโ€™s foot powder, but those photos apparently turned out to be 100 percent authentic and have led to the coachโ€™s resignation.

โ€œI am resigning from my position with the Miami Dolphins and accept full responsibility for my actions,โ€ Foerster said in a statement released by the Dolphins, according to USA Today. โ€œI want to apologize to the organization and my sole focus is on getting the help that I need with the support of my family and medical professionals.โ€

Nige not only posted photos to Twitter but also posted video to her Facebook page showing the coach boasting that he was doing lines of the powdery substance before heading to a meeting.

โ€œWe were made aware of the video late last night and have no tolerance for this behavior,โ€ the Dolphins said in the statement. โ€œAfter speaking with Chris this morning, he accepted full responsibility and we accepted his resignation effective immediately. Although Chris is no longer with the organization, we will work with him to get the help he needs during this time.โ€

Nige wonโ€™t get the credit that she deserves, but we at The Root are here for you, sis. Also, there was this video depicting Foerster before said meeting, also for the culture.

But, I know, letโ€™s talk about the flag and kneeling and black protest and stuff ...
