The former New York Democratic congressman will enter the plea in a federal courtroom in Manhattan in his latest sexting scandal, involving a 15-year-old girl from North Carolina, the New York Times reports.

The FBI began looking into Weiner after the teen told a news site that she and the former politician had been exchanging lewd texts since January 2016.

This isnโ€™t the first time that Weinerโ€™s wiener has gotten him into trouble. Although heโ€™s old and shouldnโ€™t be sending photos of his penis over the interwebs, Weiner accidentally tweeted a photo of his erect penis to a 21-year-old female college student from Seattle in 2011.

Like any good politician, Weiner denied that the photo was his. He tried his best to claim that the photo might have been doctored and that the incident was more of a prank than an actual crime. But later that same year, Weiner copped to the wiener pics and resigned from Congress.

Weiner could be facing hard time in the pokey, since the Times reports that the charge carries a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison, but who are we kidding? Weiner is a former politician and a well-paid white man, so he most likely wonโ€™t ever see a day in jail. Part of Weinerโ€™s plea deal should require him to stay away from the internet, phones, cameras, children, women and malls.
