Some people obviously have too much time on their hands. An anonymous group is circulating detailed information about pregnant, allegedly "illegal" immigrants, including due dates, workplaces, Social Security numbers and addresses. The information has been sent to government agencies, law-enforcement offices and news outlets in Utah. The list was accompanied by a demand letter requesting that those on the list be deported immediately. How about deporting those who are stalking people? Needless to say, this incident has terrorized the Latino community. The government is investigating the possibility of a leak. You think? Engaging in an illegal act to punish those who are allegedly here illegally is hypocritical. Terrorizing people is reprehensible. Shaking our heads over here at The Root.
