Albany, N.Y., police spokesman Steve Smith said that officers responded to a 911 call at a local ShopRite around 8:20 p.m. Monday and encountered 55-year-old Todd M. Warnken, who had been asked to leave the store after “being disruptive inside.”

Warnken started harassing a black woman who was waiting for a cab inside the parking lot, Smith said.

“Trump is going to win, and if you don’t like it, I’m going to beat your ass,” Warnken allegedly yelled, tagging the sentence with a racial slur, according to the police spokesperson

Officers interviewed the victim and a group of people who had gathered outside the store, and Warnken was arrested a short distance away. Warnken is now facing charges of misdemeanor aggravated harassment.
