The man stole a 71-year-old woman’s wallet in Bethesda in July and charged a $5,000 blue Santa Cruz bicycle to one of her credit cards.

In the second incident, the same man is believed to have stolen a wallet from a 74-year-old woman while she was shopping in the North Potomac area in August. This time around, he spent about $5,900, which included a $3,500 men’s watch.

There is a reward of up to $10,000 being offered for information leading to his arrest, and anyone with information has been asked to call 240-733-6070.
