Odell Beckham Sr., the father of New York Giants’ star Odell Beckham Jr., was arrested in Texas on drug and gun charges Wednesday, authorities said.

According to TMZ Sports, officials in Texas say that Beckham Sr. was carrying weed and a gun on him when he was busted. Details about the arrest are unclear, but the elder Beckham was booked on charges of “unlawful carrying weapon” and “possession of marijuana under 2 ounces,” officials say.
Beckham Sr. has since been released on $5,000 bail.
Like his son, Beckham Sr. played college football at Louisiana State University.
Beckham Jr. is currently sitting out the rest of the NFL season after fracturing his ankle in a game earlier this month.
