According to Katherine Jackson, Trent Jackson not only abused her, to the point of her needing to hide in closets to call her own children, but also stole money from her bank accounts and attempted to “assume control of her finances,” according to People magazine.

Trent Jackson also has other family members, like Janet Jackson, who are fearful of returning home because of his attitude and behavior, according to the complaint. Trent Jackson, who lived in a guesthouse on the family’s estate, earned six figures as his aunt’s personal driver. Before Katherine Jackson left for London to visit daughter Janet, she attempted to fire him with police present, but he left the premises after they arrived.

With the restraining order, Trent Jackson must stay 100 yards away from his aunt and move out of the guesthouse.
