On the heels of 19 people killed by flooding in Arkansas, merciless flash floods and power outages have lead to the evacuation of some neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. On the heels of 19 people killed by flooding in Arkansas, merciless flash floods and power outages have lead to the evacuation of some neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. Oklahoma Gas and Electricity says that 4000 customers are without power due to the floods. Approximately 10 inches of rain fell between 2 and 11 a.m. CT.
