In the Face of Incontrovertible Evidence, Trump Backpedals on Russia and Blames the Black Guy

For the millionth time, we ask of this president: Are you clinically insane, or just so much of a liar that you believe your own lies? No matter, Donald Trump has done it again, just making shit up and sticking it to former President Barack Obama while he’s at it.

A day after blaming the FBI for the Parkland, Fla., high school massacre and somehow making it about him and Russia (an act that one congressman found so egregious that he called Trump a “psychopath”), Trump took to Twitter for his usual one-two punch—a lie, and then blame the black guy.

In the face of special prosecutor Robert Mueller’s ironclad indictments against 13 Russian nationals, the president is deflecting. On Sunday he tweeted that he never called the Russian investigation “a hoax” (he most certainly did), and then went on to blame Obama.

“I never said Russia did not meddle in the election, I said ‘it may be Russia, or China or another country or group, or it may be a 400 pound genius sitting in bed and playing with his computer.’ The Russian ‘hoax’ was that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia - it never did!” Trump tweeted.

Trump previously said that he took Russian President Vladimir Putin at his word that the Russians “didn’t do it” (as if Putin would totally tell him because he asked).

“Every time he sees me, he says, ‘I didn’t do that,’ and I really believe that when he tells me that, he means it,” Trump said of the former KGB lieutenant colonel in November.

After that, he commenced with the Obama bashing, tweeting, “Obama did nothing.”

Also, untrue.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, has gone on record saying that Obama should have pushed back against the Russians earlier. But in December 2016, Obama did do something—by sanctioning Russia and seizing compounds used by Russian officials on Long Island in New York and in Maryland.

Trump, who previously excoriated Schiff when he criticized him, is now quoting him like Kendrick, since the criticism is directed toward the black guy.

That aside, Schiff asked today why Trump is still doing nothing: The New York Daily News points to a bipartisan sanctions bill Congress passed in July, which the White House has left dead in the water.

“It is inexplicable that the president of the United States continues to sit on sanctions that Congress passed, that Congress wants enforced against Russia over this interference,” Schiff said.

So whatchu gonna do, Trump? Continue to lie, deflect and blame the black guy, we’re sure.

I mean, I kinda wish the Obama Administration had done more with the information they had when they had it, but I fully understand why they did not. Hindsight is always 50/50, I don’t think the picture was as fully clear as it is now, and I’m sure BO was banging his head against the Oval Office walls the morning after the election.

But, c’mon you fucktard. You are sitting where you are because the man before you had integrity and didn’t want to be seen to be interfering in the election (especially since you are a big, whiny, fucking baby and were already complaining how the election was stacked against you, so god knows what kind of lawsuit you would have filed in the event of an HRC electoral college win). Your active avoidance of doing anything the punish Russia for fucking with our electoral process - because he might have to admit that he got where he was because it took a concerted effort by a malignant agent to get him into the White House - is so far fucking worse than the less-than-perfect decision of a man with both power AND integrity. (And oh yeah, fuck you Adam Schiff, for even opening that can of worms. You should have known better.)
