President Obama’s approval ratings have waxed and waned over the years, but according to a recent Associated Press-GfK poll, POTUS’ approval is on the upswing. Fifty-three percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of Obama, while 44 percent have an unfavorable opinion. Win some, lose some?
