Alvin Cross Jr. apparently mistakenly texted his probation officer about marijuana, according to news station WALB.

The probation officer received a text from Cross that said, “You have some weed?”

Cross’ home was raided by police officers shortly thereafter. During the raid, police found a bag of cocaine.

Cross pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine on Monday. He was sentenced to one year in prison for possession of cocaine and sentenced to another year in prison for violating the terms of his parole.
