Lester, 32, who was working as a youth coach and substitute teacher, was booked last week and is still in jail, although his lawyer filed a motion for him to be released Tuesday.

Here’s how the Atlanta Journal-Constitution describes the incident:

The incident that led to Lester’s arrest happened between 6 and 7 p.m. Nov. 6 at a Dacula-area restaurant. Lester was allegedly at the restaurant on Braselton Highway when he used his cellphone to surreptitiously film a juvenile male in a bathroom stall.

Neither the alleged victim’s exact age nor the name of the eatery where the incident was reported were listed in the warrants. Two different restaurants are located at the address listed for the incident.

Lester played for Auburn from 2004 to 2008 before going undrafted. He played for a spell in the Canadian Football League and later started a training company for young athletes. He also worked as a substitute teacher in Gwinnett County, Ga.
