This is Levi Pettit. He is one of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon members caught chanting about niggers and lynching and acronyms. This was taken during a press conference where he apologized for his actions.

Behind him are a group of Black people who, judging by their faces, totally were asked to appear with Pettit, replied “Are you paying me?”, heard back “Sure. We’ll send you a check tomorr…”, and then replied back “No…I want cash. Right now. You either put an envelope of Benjis in my hand this second or I’m going home to finish watching the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives marathon. The choice is yours.”
