Roderick Phillips, 39, was arrested on Oct. 22 for theft and evading arrest. Phillips is a former employee of the charity, which lost roughly $34,000 worth of diapers in the theft, which occurred Oct. 8 or 9. Security video depicts a man wearing red shorts walking away with a load of diapers.

The charity distributes 16,000 diapers a week and also provides school supplies and recreational activities for 44,000 children in Dallas.
