The profanity-laced incident at Reach! Partnership High School has left viewers of the footage outraged and in shock.

“I was totally appalled at what I saw today,” Karl Perry, chief officer of school supports, told the news station. “I’m a parent, and I’m totally appalled at what I saw in that video. No matter what the circumstances are, I am totally appalled.”

The officer in question has since been reassigned, pending an investigation. It is not clear what led to the incident or when it occurred.

“If it was my son, I would be highly upset, asking questions, wanting to know what happened prior to it,” one Baltimore resident, Gary Payne, told the news station. “But still, nobody deserves to get their hands put on them like that.”
