But a California judge ruled Thursday that BET was entitled to make Scott change from his usual garb to something more “masculine” for last year’s BET Awards, TMZ reports. The network ended up pulling the personality from the program.

According to the entertainment site, the judge stated that it is within the network’s First Amendment rights to run its show as it wants, even if that means making someone change clothing.
