According to audio obtained by TMZ, the incident happened at the Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta, and an unidentified caller requested a police dispatch.

"I'm having a domestic dispute between Vincent Herbert and Tamar Braxton," the caller said.

The operator asked if it was a fire, police or medical emergency, and the caller said police. The caller also informed the 911 operator that Braxton's finger was injured because Herbert bit it, and that he'd already left the hotel's property.
