Zendaya Coleman just landed a huge role in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming film! Coleman will play Peter Parker’s longtime love interest, Mary Jane Watson, according to The Wrap.

Coleman will star along with British actor Tom Holland, who’ll play a young Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man. This will be the first time in Spider-Man history that Mary Jane is portrayed as a black woman. Of course, there were some people who weren’t too happy to hear the news.
