President Donald Trump made a very startling appearance in Moon Township, Pa., last week in support of Republican state Rep. Rick Saccone, who was running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. (With only a handful of absentee ballots remaining to be counted, Saccone appears to have lost to Democratic candidate Conor Lamb.)
At this point, each of Trump’s public speeches is stomach-turning, but there was something about this one that was especially foul. It was reminiscent of one of his cultlike 2016 campaign rallies and was full of racist and misogynistic remarks. Trump said a lot of bizarre things during his rally in Pennsylvania, but he made one thing abundantly clear: He doesn’t respect black people, and these are four of the most insensitive things he said that day to prove it.
