Not surprisingly, Trayvon’s parents were unmoved by the much-delayed public apology. His mother told host Gretchen Carlson, “I don’t understand what he was thinking [when he said] it was God’s plan that he murdered our child. And I really don’t understand what god he worships because it is not the same God I worship.”
