From someone blaming Obama for his or her conditioner not working to even someone asking whether he actually lifts weights, the tweets the president read weren't really that mean—compared with one in particular.

"Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States —@RealDonaldtrump," Obama read from a tweet GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump posted.

“Well, @RealDonaldTrump, at least I will go down as a president,” Obama responded.

During Obama's interview with Kimmel, he took another jab at Trump, remarking how, as president, he gets a wakeup call at 7 a.m. but doesn't wake up to troll people on social media.

"But what I don’t do is, I don’t tweet about people who’ve insulted me. I try to sleep so that in the morning I’m actually ready for crises," Obama said.

As the president's final term comes to an end, many people actually would love to see him do a third term, but as Obama noted, that's definitely a no-go in his household, with the potential for dire consequences.

"Personally for me, if I were able to run for a third term, [first lady] Michelle would divorce me," Obama said. "So it’s useful that I don’t have that choice to make."
