President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden show their moves off on the fourth anniversary of the first lady's Let's Move! campaign.

In celebration of the fourth anniversary of Let’s Move! the first lady last week asked people of all ages to show her how they move through their everyday fitness routine, how they are making better food choices or how they are helping move their community toward new standards of health for our kids.

She even promised an exciting surprise: “The fun thing is, is that if we get enough of a response, we’ll have a little surprise: The president—and maybe the vice president—will show us how they move,” she said in a statement.

Indeed, on Friday she released a video of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden showing off their moves.

“Well, let's just say you stepped up in a big way—which means it's time to hold up my end of the bargain,” she said in the statement. “I'm so proud of Barack and Joe. But more importantly, I'm so proud of all of you.

Last week, during an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon the first lady appeared in a sketch with Will Ferrell and Fallon. She showed viewers how she moves and also made sure that everyone knew that both kale chips and exercise are definitely not "eyew!"

“And if we all keep moving forward like this, then I am confident we can give all our children the bright, healthy futures they so richly deserve,” she said in the statement. “Thanks so much for everything you're doing.”
