Allen West showed no remorse for his language in an email calling Wasserman Schultz "vile" and "not a lady," and said an apology is "not happening." He also suggested that his email could be explained by the fact that he just hasn't learned "DC-insider talk." If "DC-insider talk" is code for "good judgment," we agree.
