The Los Angeles Times reports that 44-year-old Anthony Scott Lloyd was indicted last week on charges of threatening to kill Waters in a voicemail left at her Washington, D.C., office last month.

The arrest affidavit indicates that Lloyd became furious Oct. 22 while listening to talk radio, where Waters made some of her usual scathing (DRAG HIM) comments against Orange Foolius.

โ€œIf you continue to make threats toward the president, youโ€™re going to wind up dead, Maxine, โ€™cause weโ€™ll kill you,โ€ Lloyd allegedly said in the voicemail.

It is not immediately clear what radio show Lloyd was listening to, or what exactly it was that Waters said.

Anyway, despite this very real threat, Lloyd, who was arrested Nov. 9, remains free in lieu of $20,000 bail.
