Sherri Shepherd and Lamar Sally’s divorce is getting uglier. From Shepherd’s issues with not wanting to be a part of the life of the baby she and Sally conceived with a surrogate, to new allegations of leaked photos, these two need to get their drama finalized.

TMZ is reporting that Shepherd’s soon-to-be ex-husband is denying accusations that he’s behind reports of having explicit photos of Shepherd. On the contrary, Sally stated that photos could have saved the marriage. “If Sherri would have been more sexual with me and sent me things like nude pictures, we’d still be married,” Sally told TMZ.
As for the surrogate child, according to TMZ, the baby boy is living with Sally, and Shepherd has not met him. Sally also rejected a settlement offer from Shepherd for their child-custody dispute. Shepherd offered Sally $150,000, but Sally figured out that it only amounted to $694 a month over 18 years. Sally feels that a court would grant him more money.
Shepherd has previously stated that Sally defrauded her, and the only reason he wanted the baby was so he could divorce her and collect child support.
