The sweet deal includes numerous privileges for the wife of Clippers owner Donald Sterling—who remains persona non grata for racist comments linked to him earlier this year—allowing her to stay close to the team by allowing for 10 percent ownership of the franchise to be put into a charity that she would run, the news site notes.

Other perks would include 10 tickets in sections 101 or 111 for all Clippers games in Los Angeles, two courtside tickets for all team games in the city, six parking spots for each game, 12 VIP passes to various clubs and lounges for each L.A. game, three championship rings for any Clippers win, and the titles “owner emeritus” and “Clippers’ No. 1 fan” for as long as she lives.
