Tennis legend Serena Williams’ little bundle of joy is on his or her way: A reporter has confirmed that the star is in labor at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
CBS12 reports that Williams, who had been sharing gorgeous baby-belly shots with her fans on Instagram up until last week, checked into the hospital Wednesday with the entire first floor cleared. No one can get in without going through security, the report notes.
Williams, who is engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, was reportedly induced Thursday night.
No news on when the little champ is finally expected to arrive, but hopefully Mom and baby will have an uneventful and safe delivery.
