With an expected one million visitors descending on the capital city this January, many local residents hope to take advantage of the windfall.
Price-gouging goes hand-in-hand with the hunt for inauguration housing. The New York Times says that a weekend stay in a one-bedroom Arlington apartment can go for as much as $24,000. And at these rates, The Buzz could barely afford an air mattress.
