Queen Sugar’s shining star Rutina Wesley announced her engagement to New Orleans’ Chef Shonda via her Instagram page. Wesley, who divorced Jacob Fishel in 2013, plays the headstrong and worldly Nova on Ava DuVernay’s hit show, which is filmed in Louisiana.
