Ouch. Tell it like it is, Colin Powell! As the Huffington Post reports, the quote above was his response to a line of questioning from Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, who was “perplexed” about how the former secretary of state could possibly vote for President Obama when “his economic plan hasn’t worked among African Americans.”
