In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will depart the White House en route Colorado Springs, Colorado. The departure from the South Lawn and arrival at Colorado Springs Municipal Airport are open press.

In the afternoon, the President will travel to Colorado Springs, Colorado to view damage from wildfires impacting the area and thank the heroic responders bravely battling them. There will be travel pool coverage of the President’s travel to the area.

In the evening, the President will return to Washington, DC. The departure from Colorado Springs Municipal Airport and arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
