We got a chuckle out of this Today show example of President Obama’s exercise of leadership and negotiation skills in a (very) domestic context. “Domestic” as in his own home, dealing with everyday parenting issues with his young daughters.

To dissuade Sasha and Malia from rebelling, he’s threatened them with going tat for tat. “What we’ve said to the girls is, ‘If you guys ever decided you’re going to get a tattoo, then mommy and me will get the exact same tattoo in the same place. And we’ll go on YouTube and show it off as a family tattoo.”
