Nick Gordon thought he was going to sit down with Dr. Phil and air his dirty laundry about Bobbi Kristina Brown and their relationship, but he thought wrong. Reports of Gordonβs appearance on Dr. Phil were absolutely true, but it turns out the appearance was a staged intervention by his mother, Michelle.

According to the Daily Mail, Dr. Phil McGraw, TVβs Dr. Phil, flew to Atlanta to interview Gordon. Throughout the interview, Gordon reportedly spoke of suicide and was incoherent at times, the Daily Mail reports. Gordonβs mother said she was concerned about his depression and chemical dependency.
βNicholas is at breaking point. He cannot take too much more of not being able to see Krissi [Bobbi Kristina]. He blames himself. As we sit here right now, my sonβs life hangs in the balance. When Whitney [Houston] was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her, saying, βMom, why couldnβt I do it? I couldnβt get air into her lungs,ββ Michelle told McGraw.
Gordon also was the one to find Bobbi Kristina unconscious in her bathtub more than five weeks ago. Gordon told authorities that he attempted to administer CPR to her. AuthoritiesΒ are now investigating the incident and have questioned Gordon about his involvement.Β
