Say it ain’t so. Afeni Shakur, mother of late rapper Tupac Shakur was arrested for drug possession in Lumberton, NC. Charges include felony possession of marijuana, simple possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. Translation: she’s back on that stuff.  It’s so sad that Shakur is still battling demons at age 63. The unsolved murder of her son and his constant image in the media probably doesn’t help any. We hope she pulls it together.
