A 17-year-old high school student was arrested and charged with raping his 15-year-old schoolmate in the hallway of their Salisbury, Md., high school during classes, CBS News reports.

According to the news site, Jocori Scarborough was taken into custody on Tuesday but was released later after posting $100,000 bail. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for next week.
On Monday at the Parkside High School, the victim was walking with Jocori when he began to make advances toward her, CBS reports. Surveillance video reportedly showed the boy grabbing her and forcing her into an unmonitored area of the school.
Jocori is being charged with rape, assault, reckless endangerment, kidnapping, false imprisonment and molestation at a school, CBS notes. He is being charged as an adult.
There is also a temporary peace order out against him that bans him from school grounds.
