The Los Angeles Lakers repeated as NBA Champions with a win over the Boston Celtics in game 7 with a final score of 83-79. This is the first time in the history of one of the greatest basketbal rivalries known to man that the Lakers have been able to pull out a win in game 7 against the Boston Celtics. This was a game where defense made the difference as both teams showed their weariness with shoddy play. In the end, the Lakers who were down by 13 points at one point, rallied to clinch the 2010 title.
