Brooke Wolcott is a 17-year-old fighting cystic fibrosis who is a huge fan of KD. Brooke’s Durant wish wasn’t picked by the foundation, but being the nice guy that he is, Durant took matters into his own hands.
Durant granted Brooke’s wish for a pair of his worn sneakers. The NBA star posted on Instagram about the gift to Brooke:
