Black Twitter is an almighty force that’s not only been able to make the best memes the internet has ever seen but has also managed to get movies made and racists fired, as well as expose the horrific trend of police brutality across the country. It’s so big, it can’t be contained.

And for that, I want to say “Thank you” to Black Twitter for constantly having its collective finger on the pulse of all things pop culture and adding a hilarious twist that creates a whole new form of media. I can’t even watch TV without Black Twitter at my fingertips. This is an entity that has managed to change the way we experience both the internet and pop culture.
