On Friday, news broke that Donald Trump had paid former adult-film star Stormy Daniels $130,000 in October 2016 for her silence about an alleged sexual encounter the two of them had 10 years prior in 2006. Now a new report raises questions as to whether there is more to Trumpβs history with Daniels than just a one-time encounter.
Jacob Weisberg reports on Slate that Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, told him that sheβd had an affair with Trump that began after she met him at a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada in 2006. The sexual relationship continued for nearly a year, according to her account.

During her conversations with Weisbergβwhich took place between August and October 2016βDaniels said that she could describe things about Trump that only someone who had seen him naked would know, and contrary to what Marla Maples is supposed to have said, Trump was not that great in bed.
Trump allegedly made several unkept promises to Daniels, telling her that he would buy her a condo in Tampa, Fla., and that he would feature her in a season of Celebrity Apprentice.
Daniels told Weisberg that she had proof of the affair. She had the phone numbers of Trumpβs longtime personal assistant Rhonda Graff and his bodyguard Keith Schiller, who helped her arrange rendezvous with Trump.
From Slate:
Given what was going on in the final weeks of the campaign, during which Trump was facing a torrent of accusations of sexual abuse, I didnβt think an extramarital affair would be a highly significant story. What interested me more was Danielsβ allegation that Trump had negotiated to buy her silence. Daniels said that, through intermediaries, she and Trump had worked out an agreement for the presidential candidate to pay her a six-figure sum to keep quiet. More specifically, she said her lawyer Keith Davidson, a Beverly Hillsβbased attorney who specializes in claims against celebrities, had worked out the terms with Trumpβs lawyer Michael Cohen.
At the time Daniels spoke with Weisberg, she indicated that she believed Trump was stalling on the agreement to pay her the $130,000.
A week after the 2016 election, she stopped returning calls, and a friend of hers told Weisberg that she had, in fact, taken the money from Trump.
Sounds messy, but it also sounds just like Trump. Heβs just sloppy all around.
And, apparently, bad in bed. Poor Melania.
