Whether he’s working a fashion show runway or pulling up to a red carpet appearance with his partner Rihanna by his side, A$AP Rocky knows how to make an entrance that leaves people talking. After having an amazing summer, kicked off by the announcement of the upcoming arrival of his third child with Rhianna, the rapper, entrepreneur and dad went viral this week for all the wrong reasons, leaving some fans asking a serious question: Is he ok?

On July 21, TMZ spotted the “Sundress” rapper out and about in West Hollywood, but instead of moving with his typical Harlem swag, A$AP was being led to a car in a wheelchair with a blanket over his head.
Even without knowing all of the details, many of Rocky’s fans were quick to send prayers up for a speedy recovery. But some couldn’t resist the opportunity to share their thoughts on what they believe left him in need of assistance to get around.
Some of the theories were funny. One X user joked that Rihanna was passing on the responsibilities of childbirth with baby number three on the way.
“Rihanna said it was his turn to give birth,” they wrote.
Of course, other fans who have been salivating for new music from Rocky and Rihanna were concerned that his condition might be yet another roadblock.
“I hope he’s ok though and the album’s still arriving this year,” wrote one X user.
TMZ later updated the original story after learning that the rapper was in the wheelchair after undergoing minor dental surgery. But some online weren’t buying it, including one X user who wondered what in the world could happen in a dentist’s chair that would leave the rapper unable to walk on his own.
“A ‘minor dental surgery’ put him in a wheelchair?” they asked.
