On Saturday, a little after 3 p.m., Cedric Prather Jr., 33, parked a quarter mile from the suburban-Atlanta home of his ex-wife, Latoya Andrews. Prather then walked to the house and shot Andrews, 33, as well as her boyfriend, Joseph Terry Brown, also 33, the news service reports.

Prather then shot two of his children who were in the home at the time. One of the children begged him not to shoot, said one neighbor who claimed to have heard the incident.

Pratherโ€™s 7-year-old daughter, London, and 9-year-old son, Jerimiah, were killed, according to the report.

Prather also shot and injured Andrewsโ€™ 15-year-old daughter, Demesha Owens, and Brownโ€™s 7-year-old daughter, Jada Brown. Another child, Andrews and Pratherโ€™s 13-year-old son, was not home at the time of the shooting.

Prather later killed himself on the street.
