DirecTV is offering refunds on its Sunday Ticket NFL package to those snowflakes so offended by protests during the playing of the national anthem that they canโt bear to watch the game (or even pay for it, in this case).

Time magazine reports that even though the satellite-TV providerโs rules explicitly state otherwise, customer-service reps of the company made exceptions for those who called to get back their $280 for the entire NFL season ... because football players did not stand during โThe Star-Spangled Banner.โ
According to the company website, users who want to cancel or downgrade their pass have to do so before the season, which began Sept. 9: โAny season pass purchases made after Saturday, September 10, 2017 are strictly nonrefundable,โ it reads.
And yet, as Outkast once rapped, โIโll be goddamned, they done changed the rules.โ
As much as folks accused President Barack Obama of being divisive, many more white folks seemed to be up in arms after President Donald Trump got frothy in the mouth last week in Alabama, saying that football players who kneel during the national anthem are โsons of bitchesโ who need to be โfired.โ
That set off a firestorm in American sports, as players from various leagues either spoke out against the president or knelt or stayed in the locker room or locked arms during the national anthem. Some wypipo at the stadiums even booed in real time.
I do hope that DirectTV blacks out the games instead of just giving these folks their money back. They can then watch monster trucking, bull riding, NASCAR or some other sport where white people excel and where their sensibilities wonโt be offended they wonโt have to cry ginormous white tears over the wrong thing.
