Craigslist suspect Philip Markoff has been found dead in his Boston jail cell. The former medical student apparently committed suicide to avoid a trial for a series of murders linked to the Craigslist Web site. In April 2009, Markoff, 24, was charged with the fatal shooting and attempted burglary of Julissa Brisman, 25, at Boston's Copley Marriott Hotel. It doesn't quite seem fair that Markoff may have checked out of life, while Brisman didn't get a chance to check out of her hotel room.
